There is no sound shared between the left channel and the right channel. I ended up taking it into Digital Performer and creating a simulated stereo left mix and right mix (by simulated stereo I mean that I put a tiny bit of delay between the left and right speaker) - - you end up with two sparse versions of the same song. Kinda cool. I was also planning on making a version of the regular disc with the two channels panned a little closer together for headphone listening - whenever I listen to the actual album in headphones I get a headache. I think my brain is trying to figure out which "song" to listen to. Definitely have collected a great deal of their stuff. Just missing some next to impossible things. Was an addiction for a time. I was disappointed that I found out about the recent demo lp late and wasn't able to pick up one of those. I do have a lot of stupid things like coffee cups, yo-yo's and puzzles. Mars Audiac Quintet is my go to album, Has a bit of every- thing. michael ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 14 May 2008 19:44:58 +0100 From: "Keith" Subject: [idealcopy] 27 11 For those of you havent popped across to the PF forum, Graham had this to say about a 27/11 LP In October of 2007, Thomas Vberg and his partner Linda, delivered their first child, Edvin Florian Medvin... Thomas' duties as a father have contributed to rescheduling 27#11's itinerary, as have Wire's return to action and the recent re-approachment, of Thomas' important Swedish band Bob Hund, who are in the studio right now! Despite all of these good and valid excuses!! We're endeavoring to complete 27#11's debut album by the end of the year... there's no shortage of material just a shortage of precious time...please be patient! Its also a great example of an Album that doesn't include the hit single (French Disko). See Also Power Corruption & Lies (Blue Monday), Sgt Pepper (Penny Lane/Strawberry), Pink Flag even...(Dot Dash) I Came in with 'Peng!' so i have a soft spot for that two. I bought it on cassette, and only because I liked the look of it. It had a half-size inlay card which left the tape exposed at the top half of the box and looked ace. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 14 May 2008 20:21:00 -0700 From: Rick Hindman Subject: Re: [Fwd: [idealcopy] you never need an excuse to watch this] I posted the same question after getting Uri's video collection a while ago. I don't recall getting a complete list, and the only ones I recognized were (I think) Bjork, Barry Andrews and Tracy Ullman. I'll have to check that one out again.
