Personally, I hope it is that and not health. In any event Wire is what it is , never what it was. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 08 Apr 2008 03:04:18 +0100 From: Tim Subject: Re: [idealcopy] new live guitarist Well that woke you bastards up didn't it?! So how can they still call themselves The Fall? So how can they still call themselves Fleetwood Mac? So how can they still call themselves Genesis? So how can they still call themselves Boney M? Wire has always been bigger than the four founder members, hence they have always referred to 'it'. It is what it is. Wir was envisaged as something very apart from Wire (although it actually sounded a lot more like Wire than Manscape!) I've got tickets to See Wire and My Bloody Valentine this year. I can't wait! I've no idea what on earth these gigs will consist of, who will be on stage and what will be played! Personally what I don't look for in bands is predicatability and a stable line-up...I guess you'd be better off following Status Quo or U2. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 8 Apr 2008 04:53:11 +0100 (BST) From: elektrolad Subject: Re: [idealcopy] new live guitarist Yeah, *girl* nerds.
