Here's my photos:<< Excellent stuff. Saw them in Oxford on Monday night. Heaviest version yet - rhythm section now resembles members of Skrewdriver. Guitaris has assumed "Fall guitarist" posture. Relentless and very loud And they played Wings, one of my top 10 Fall songs. 25 years old and as contemporary sounding as anything I've heard this year. Support bands were atrocious - awful amateur proggers followed by Safi B*stard Sniper and his tawdry slowed-down video turn, yet again. Enough. Bring back John Cooper Clarke. Level Fall-Ty Two or what? And whats with the 'rock face'?? http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3054/2341821744_b8e8364b2f.jpg?v=0 Alas the Fall Manchester gig scheduled for this Friday has been postponed. Reason? Slow ticket sales..in Manchester?! Its at Salford "University" who never put bands on except for their Freshers ball (when presumably its Timmy Mallet or Reef). They've panicked and clearly haven't factored in the last minute 'fook it lets go and see the Fall again' factor that would have seen it fill up to at least 3/4 on the night. its rescheduled for...you guessed it May 3rd when I believe another legendary post-punk combo are in town, and one who don't play every here 3 times a year! I believe that 'Wings' is back in the set as well!
