Read somewhere that although Moz enjoyed the 24 Hr Party People film, he had refused to allow This Charming Man to be used in it, because Linder was unhappy at the way she was going to be portrayed and as her friend he didn't think it right to co-operate with the film-makers. Her bit was cut anyhow apparently. He also namedropped Devoto in one interview. Don't recall him coming out as Devoto fan in the early days, but could be mistaken. Hope he covers Floorboards on a b-side or something and gives Howie a few royalties. One book I'm looking forward to is the Joe Boyd biog. Read a good review somewhere and I'm sure he's got a good story to tell. Even if he tells us how he manages to remain looking so young it would be a good buy ; ) K. np Alan Vega - dujang prang ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 24 Apr 2006 14:05:30 +0100 From: Andrew Walkingshaw Subject: Re: [idealcopy] githead artwork On Sun, Apr 23, 2006 at 12:00:30AM +0200, Mileta Okiljevic wrote: > http://www.andersenm.com/ > > komplete artwork for githead, piano magic..great designer Thanks for this - I'm fiddling with my own record artwork at the moment (if anyone's interested, I can throw people an URL - mail me at andrew@hiddenmusic.co.uk), so any inspiration is great!
