You're probably right - I guess I don't really want to, and i have to admit I do enjoy complaining all the time. I am, however, currently in the process of rearranging my life (seperation, etc.) so took to me in a year's time and let's see what I think. giluz AKA "I hate it here" - -- Now playing: http://www.last.fm/user/giluz/ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 22 Dec 2005 10:43:40 -0800 From: "Robert Cambra" Subject: [idealcopy] shriekback............. Speaking of Shrieback, I've been playing the Shriekback comp Ari made for me a few years back a lot lately; really enjoying it. Two things keep occuring to me: 1) I just can't think of any way to describe this band to someone. 2) There are probably a lot of really good bands I missed in the 80s who I heard of but never really heard and, I should check them out. While I was listening to stuff like Metal Urbain, Blurt, Wire and Non I missed out on stuff like Shriekback, The Church, The Virgin Prunes, Yello . . . Midnight Oil? I don't know< Subject: [idealcopy] shriekback............. there's a new c.d out by Shriekback titled 'Cormorant' which is unavailable in the U.S, if any of out European/Britt cousins can procure me a copy I'd be eternally grateful.
