The second Immersion CD is still a major fave of mine. /////i do like immersion , but that sort of beatless "ambient" kind of work is so different to githead (or wire) that it's heard to compare. i find "low impact" (and also symptoms) make great early morning background music. whereas wire is more a full-on , turn it up loud , kind of experience............ > > Still looking forward to R&B3. For me the vocals don't compare with Colins early solo stuff. The guitars are ok but there's no tune in the vocal. I think Graham does the spoken thing better. Maybe my comparison to Immersion wasn't helpful but Colin and Malka have done far better rhythmic stuff together in the past than Githead. Maybe it's Scanner, I'm not familiar with his stuff and can't tell what he's bringing to the party. I do hope R&B3 doesn't go onto the back burner. I can see Colins busy right now but what are the others up to?
