No Bart, I have not been to Rochester. I have a new job as I left my company in the hands of the incompetents (who proceeded to run it into the ground). About a year ago I received my professional stamp as a landscape architect and made the move in April to my new employer. I have been following up on old clients and going at my new job since-- hence the lack of time to keep in touch with most people in my life including you idealcopiers. Don't think I haven't been tempted to jump in from time to time, but one means being drawn into many I find. So, Bart I owe you an email I think and Andrew W. i owe a thanks for helping me out a few months back. Keith, we still have to sort out that Blue Nile exchange. Any interested in whom I am working for now will find info at www.mtarch.com . I would be hard pressed to work for a more prestigious and interesting architectural firm in Canada and I am so chuffed (that's an expressionof positive glee, right?) that I made the move. (a great store for the "latest sh*t) a number of months ago and what did I see? The latest single to arrive on Canada's shores by none other than Kids Indestructible! Now, I rarely shell out $15CDN for a disk let alone a single but I felt this one was calling me. I won't go into a long-winded review. I listened to it on my last trek via coach (meaning bus) down the 401 to Kitchener for a session with my bandmate. The 401 is the staightest, most boring patch of asphalt you could encounter in North America as a driver. However, the natural beauty along its verge mixed in with some interesting industrial architecture means that it is much better experienced as a passenger. And so it is with "Trans-Penine Express". I let the landscape wash past with the KI sound track and it seemed right. Good one Tim. Eric in Toronto ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 7 Oct 2004 14:07:31 +0100 From: Alistair Tear Subject: [idealcopy] ot: instant collectors item Saw this on the Bad Seeds' website... http://www.nickcaveandthebadseeds.com/ A mistake occurred during the manufacturing of the Nature Boy 7" vinyl single with the result that the B side has been pressed with the wrong track. The 7" sleeve and the B side label therefore do not correspond with the track cut onto the record. Although the label says that the B side is "She's Leaving You", the track actually cut onto the record is an unreleased song from the new album sessions. The CD single is correct and contains Nature Boy and She's Leaving You. 'She's Leaving You' will now appear on the b-side of the 7" version of the next single. Many apologies for this error. Also noticed that they are playing a warm-up gig for the UK tour on Hastings Pier !!! Nature Boy is a crackin' tune btw and if you watch the video (available above) you will see that brown is the new black... later A ************************************************************************* The contents of the e-mail and any transmitted files are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
