I think with Wire more than any other band I like, it depends on your mood (probably cos mk 1, 2 and 3 are so different). But if I had to pick one that I would says is my fave *generally*, then I'd probably go for Practice Makes Perfect, with Boiling Boy and Spent my faves from the other periods.
