Agfers, for example, is very different. Could just be the cut but some of the R&B1 tracks sound different - cleaner in most cases. And the sequencing is better with the extra 5 tracks. It's an absolutely essential purchase, and I like the minimal packaging (though the inner sticker was a fucking stupid idea, as it leaves residue glue on the edge of the vinyl (fortunately far enough away from the grooves). Don't have a problem playing it though - I usually clamp my records to the turntable and that helps smooth out the warp somewhat. And yes - that bloody seal was a pain! Next vinyl release on 180g vinyl, with a better sleeve please. >the inner sleeve is much thinner than the outer , both are sealed with the same red sticker. could i guess that the band paid for thick white >sleeves , got sent thin flimsy ones , complained , got sent the correct thicker ones then stuffed the sealed thin sleeves inside the thick ones >and re-sealed them again? I suspect this is the case - it did say somewhere that they had been sent the wrong sleeves - either on the site or in a mail to this list. Paul PS It's much better than the CD - more compact, and flows better. I doubt I'll ever play the CD again. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 5 Jun 2003 03:14:06 EDT From: CHRISWIRE@aol.com Subject: Re: [idealcopy] Warped Send Redux/I read (I think) In a message dated 05/06/2003 02:46:46 GMT Daylight Time, andrew-wire@lexical.org.uk writes: > This leaves me in an awkward position.
