Such that I have little time combing through my mailbox stuffed with trivia more appropriate for personal chat rooms than an otherwise informative list-server. The price. I went down to Tower Records fully expecting to buy this disc. I know, store instead of the web, blah blah. So I was expecting to pay a little more. But, not $31.00 U.S.! For a CD from 1992? You've gotta be kidding. Look at what Rhino records does with their remasters - take Elvis Costello's My Aim Is True, with Bonus Disc. It's more or less regular price - $17.98. $13.99 on sale at Amazon.com. Jeez - you could buy a movie on DVD for $29.99 or a DVD audio disc with 5.1 sound for $18.99. Even Amazon.com's discounts only bring Dirty's price down to $26.99. I'm gonna have to think about this one. I think I'd pay that much for Daydream Nation, but I'm not sure about Dirty.
