If you are in this situation, please let me know what your set-up (platform, OS, browser and version number) is and, if you know anything about HTML, etc, what fix you would suggest. One thing that's fairly unavoidable is the use of Javascript. The site uses this to work out monitor sizes, so if you turn of JS you may get stuck with the WebTV version (and the banner will not work).
