Ah, I was going to make this point till I read yours - I've been going to shows for almost, well, nevermind how long, and I haven't been to one yet that someone didn't yell something at the band - headliner or backup bands - have to get over it and get on with it >it *was* seam's lead man (whose name escapes me) who said it would be >helpful if he were to distrubute the setlist. thank you - couldn't remember >as to the 7-foot-guy - he kindly kept himself midway between colin and >graham for me - there was a 'hipster' couple who drifted in front of me >during a moment of distraction - and her hair was too tall , but i managed >to peer around I'm sure you must be mistaken - are you sure it wasn't DAN'S hair in your way? *LOL Laurel *ducking, dodging, and hiding ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 14 May 2000 21:09:55 -0500 From: "MackDaddyD" Subject: seam(ish) to correct any misconceptions those who were not ther had seam were actually very well received, i thought more than polite applause occured for most songs and the cries of 'wire' were not all that common no-one booed no-one *really* heckled and , yes, david is spot on in reporting that metro (unlike almost any other venue in the world) actually *does* have a schedule and *does* adhere to it i still maintain that seam had a 30 minute set which they played for 46 minutes peace d __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? It contain a lot of unrealeased stuff from ealy period, such as 'Too True' (brilliant!), 'Just Don't Care', 'TV', 'New York' and and a 1:28 version of JJ Cales 'After Midnight', all from The Roxy Club April 1st '77. Then a demo-session May 14th same year: 'Love Ain't Polite', 'Ih No Not Sot', 'It's The Motive' and 'Stablemate'. 'Underwater Experiences' in stuido from '77 is alsom very different from the '80 live-version. The only unrealesed left then is 'Stepping off too Quick' (aka. 'Not About To Die'), 'No Romans' and 'Finistaire' (which is the first title of 'Marooned'). It contains 31 songs incl. Dot Dash/Opinions R, which was only released on 7". The wellknowns are demoes and roughmixes. Recommended, yeah!
