The problem has been corrected and tickets should become available today. I apologize for the delay and any resulting inconvenience. ***************************************************** David T. 'EMI Premier' was the series, if I recall. They came in fold-out glossy digipak sleeves with additional artwork elements too. Potential for a nice job on the EMI Wire pieces, though the chances of this happening are slim I'd imagine. We could ask. The first Wire record I bought was a compilation called "In the Pink" which included "Brazil." Falling heavily for a girl around this time ( I was 19) I took the lyric to "Brazil" in a literal sense. But I now suspect that the lyric is a very sneering view of "love"...Got me thinking of other Wire songs about love and relationships. Could only think of the brother/sister pairing of "I should have known better"/ "Torch It!", "Relationship" and "Used to"....(which are evidently songs about failed relationships) Is "A Touching Display" the only positive Wire love song? This is all vaguely topical for me, as my relationship with my girlfriend of 3 years ended 7 nights after the RFH. Someone else on the list mentioned their relationship falling to bits on that night. Perhaps it's catching... BTW, isn't Art of Persistence, Ally in Exile with different lyrics and music?
