I seem to have lost some emails (my own fault). Why is everyone going to
Nottingham?

As no one else has mentioned it, I thought I'd let you know that Uncut
magazine
reviews On Returning in the March issue, giving it 5 stars (out of 5) and the
usual
art/punk references. I thought they might have a piece on them in the run up
to
the RFH show but no such luck. There is also a review on virgin.net at
http://www.virgin.net/music/reviews/index.html
which is fairly predictable stuff - how wise we all are to their significance
20+
years on!

Wire are behind the site.

An info@ address will surface on the site soon - keep
watching it for updates. (Obviously, when this
occurs, I will also announce it on Wireviews.)
However, general trivia queries are still best sent to
this list. If the likes of myself, Kevin, Charles,
Andrew, etc, aren't able to answer more specific
queries, we'll ask Wire.

.....and on the subject of press i read the nme in smiths this lunchtime. great photo but the interview is all looking back on what it was like being a punk band in 77 , nothing you won't have heard before. i almost bought it but resisted , hopefully somebody will scan it onto one of the websites (hint). p

So . . .ummm . . . does anyone know at this time--will there be a way for
the sad folks who can’t make the RFH performance to get the three track
giveaway CD?
