Can you give me the address to sign up? My love of them goes really far back and over the many years I've had some great adventures hanging out with the band both here and in London. Saw them in Boston on their last tour for the 'Me' record, and while I really miss the 80's lineup somewhat with the Susie's violin, it was still a fantastic show. In any case, they'll always be one of the greats for me... Thanks! - - Robert p.s. and just to add some Wire to my post, anyone know how The Fall's Mark E. Smith feels (or felt) about Wire? ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 9 Oct 1999 08:09:11 -0500 (EST) From: mark powers Subject: Re: Mekons mailing lists Robert Jazz sez... > Heard tell on here, of a Mekons list that's available. > Can you give me the address to sign up? there're two that I know of... Mekons bullshit - http://www.ellipsis.com/mekons/bullshit/index.cgi Club Mekon - http://www.egroups.com/ and search for 'club mekon' you've got to sign up with egroups to get to Club Mekon - it's free, though, and quick enough. Mekons bullshit can get chaotic at times but it's a good place to get announcements, latest dirt, rumors confirmed or denied, show reports etc... Club Mekon I can't comment on because I didn't know about it until today (thanks to tube disaster) > My love of them goes really far back and over the many years I've had some > great adventures hanging out with the band both here and in London.
