I have one other suggestion, in case it's not our RG. There is a Manchester busker / musician called Rob Grey who plays mouth organ / harmonica. He has recorded and performed live with Vini Reilly / Durutti Column. However, I think he spells it Gray rather than Grey, and am not aware of any Wire connection. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 28 Aug 1999 12:13:56 +0100 From: bunny@pollyanna.demon.co.uk (Iain & Bunny Smedley) Subject: Re: Wire @ Festival Hall >> Can't wait. There's a decent bar at the RFH itself, which might be a better bet. These meet-up things are always problematic; I only met about 4 people from the Ceremony list when NewOrder played in Manchester last year despite around 20 people agreeing to meet in the Dry bar. Perhaps we should all wear Eardrum Buzz shirts ? ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 28 Aug 1999 15:26:07 -0400 From: "charles / wmo" Subject: web site down The wiremailorder.com web site is down, we're changing servers, getting ready for credit card orders.
