Glyph w/ Hector Zazou is swell By The Dawn's Early Light was v. nice - but out of print and feat. bill nelson so probably $100 on eBay ;) Early works: The Serpent in Quicksilver and The Pavilion of Dreams are swell as well Cocteau Twins fans should seek out The Moon and the Melodies Personally, I would avoid the Andy Partridge and Zeitgeist collaboration s As a young Eno completist, I purchased the entire Obscure Records run of 10 which has given me wonderful reference material for the rest of my life... led me to David Toop, Harold Budd, Gavin Bryars, John Adams (already knew John Cage) part. David Toop and Max Eastley - New and Rediscovered Instruments, which I believe has been reissued on CD. Cannot quite firgure how to pull any of this back on topic, Please forgive me !!! ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 22 Jul 1999 10:02:12 +0100 From: paul.rabjohn@ssab.com Subject: Re[2]: Ab Ovo and In Esse thanks for comments on these 2 , i might go get a copy of ab ovo. "in esse " seems to have sold very poorly , i've never seen a copy in a shop which for an album on mute must say something. this would support peoples mostly negative comments on it. wonder if he has a follow-up planned? p ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Re: Ab Ovo and In Esse Author: MIME:z946128@rice.farm.niu.edu at INTERNET Date: 21/07/1999 17:15 On 20 Jul 1999, nicholas marcilio wrote: > I haven't heard much BUdd, but Steven Brown, of Tuxedomoon was just in LA > recording with Harold Budd, for a soon to be released CD. > > Any recomendations on what stuff to pick up?
