Came home to a message from customer service from Warner Brothers.  I am 
impressed..but not toooooo impressed.  The woman, the same voice as on the 
tape,  who called, said she was sorry she missed my call and left this number 
to reach her

She did not leave her name nor did she mention anything about my request to 
have Warner Brothers re-release Hello Big Man.

But I think it is a good start...
