BUT....the little bios that accompany each photo mention PJ HARVEY's latest CD...B.B. KING'S latest CD...AIMEE MANN's latest CD...MICHAEL PENN's latest CD...Richard Ashcroft's latest CD...ETC.. You all know where this is going... The text of Carly's bio neglects to name her latest CD! ....In fact, it reads as if she is not interested in recording at all anymore!!!! I quote..."Aside from releasing a series of increasingly ambitious albums in the 90's, Simon now serves as something of a mentor to her two children...." GRRRRRRRR....The photo was taken July 5th, so TBT was already out...whats up here? It could have read..."After releasing a series of increasingly ambitious albums in the 90's, Simon released her most poignant and personal collection of songs this year in May with THE BEDROOM TAPES...a remarkable collection of songs, vinettes and human insights....and when she is not writing children's books and giving her time and energy to causes that matter to her, she serves as a musical mentor for her two children..."
