There really is a whole verse without written lyrics. This is what I hear. There's one word I don't recognize, and one I don't hear properly. "We just arrive. Seems like just a minute ago we were chasing ??????? in a moonlight (??) fitting screens in the window. But now it's getting cold maybe snow is in the air. And we just got here. Feels like we just got here." Carly has great lines in her lyrics. I only wish I could understand everything what she writes. In WJGH I like the line "Hugo is twisting his way up the coast". First I didn't understand that at all, but then I thought that maybe it means something so exotic (for me at least) as a hurricane or tornado. There's always nice surprises in Carly's lyrics.
