Los Angeles resident Randi Driscoll, who spent time in 2001 recording in New York City, is going to be back in town to promote her new album The Play. She has gained national recognition for her song "What Matters", from which she gives all proceeds to the Matthew Shepard Foundation and other anti-hate charities. The song was also featured in the NBC movie about Matthew Shepard's life.
