Did anyone get a chance to see the show at Hart House last Thursday? The idea for that series is so great and I kept thinking how awesome it would be if Emm could play there too. Anyway, I thought the whole night was GREAT - such beautiful music. I'd love to know what your opinions were! I'd love to know what your opinions were! James, Tab, Paul and I were all there; it was a very good show. Hart House occasionally has really good music (I think -- if I'm not mistaken -- that I've seen Miranda Stone play there.) I believe Tab's going to be writing an article about the show for some on-campus publication sometime soon, maybe the Varsity? Stay tuned... - - Julian [ Julian C. Yes, the demo listening party on Dec. 19th will be in Toledo, Ohio. Toledo is about 45 miles south of Detroit on I 75....it will take about 1 hour and maybe 10 minutes with the traffic from downtown Royal Oak, MI. Cleveland is about one and a half to two hours away depending on where you live and Akron a little further. Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti Michigan are also about 50 minutes away :) A while back I hosted a Living Room Concert with Sarah Slean and Tory Cassis so some of you may remember that. We can easily handle 35 people in our living room but if you plan on attending, please email me so I can get an idea of the size of the crowd. We are hoping for a great turnout! More updates to come! You'll walk out of the theater smiling. ;) I have to concur - what an amazing and touching film. It's probably the only film in recent memory that has caused me to forget that it was a film and the characters aren't real, because they could well have been, and the incidents could well have happened. When I left the theatre, I found myself missing Amelie like she was an old friend. Enough blubbering, go see the movie like Elizabeth says. :-) - - Julian [ Julian C.
