I went originally to see Lisa Loeb. She was amazing! I still cannot believe I saw her live. She played alot of stuff from her new album which will be coming out in september. I definetly recommend getting it, based on what I heard. I also picked up "The Purple Acoustic Tape" which is a new favorite of mine. I got a chance to see the very talented bassist Sara Lee, also. I saw her once before, last October, and I really wasn't impressed but this time she blew me away! She was incredible! Her cd is on my "To Buy" list right now. If anyone already has it can you please tell me if it's as good as she is live? On an ending note, I got to meet a fellow friend on headliner-girl, Annie Lin. She came up to me to comment on my Emm Gryner shirt, which led to more conversation, which led to me purchasing her cd. I haven't had a chance to go through the entire cd, but I am absolutely in love with "Kicking Stars" and "Save the One" although I'm not sure I got the title right on the second one. Everyone check her out! She's got a really original sound! Anyway, that's my little post for the day. Talk to you all later.
