I can't speak for any of the artists, but Tara alone is worth the price of admission (which incidentally is free, but if you did have to pay, it would still be totally worth it) I have heard though that each artist is only playing a half hour set, which means Tara may have to keep her witty banter with the crowd to a minimum, seeing as she likes to talk a lot -- that could take up a big chunk of time. I like a few of Kendall Payne's songs, but I think w/o all the production there, she's not that great... just my opinion, though. Any Tara-live virgins will be blown away by her sincerity, huge voice, and powerful songs... Tegan and Sara, out of Toronto. They've got a great, original sound though they'll be compared to Ani a lot, I'm sure. Unfortunately you can't get their old album anymore, but their new one "The Art of Business" will be out on Vapour Records (run by Neil Young and his manager) on July 18th. They'll be touring w/ Young & the Pretenders and this fall will tour with *Kinnie Starr!! Woohoo (she's got a new album out too and the new songs are AMAZING!!! I adore her!!).
