Brace yourselves for the SNOW tomorrow... hopefully this won't affect us coming down to Southgate, Michigan to see Trish play on Saturday. Anyway, this morning I popped Public in my car cd player, for the first time in ages. And I must say... WOW was it ever refreshing to hear. When I got to work I popped in Original Leap Year. It really is amazing to hears these recording especially after not listening to them for awhile. It's like coming home and curling up in your favorite warm blanket and just chilling out. I just had to share my thoughts on that. In response to markee. Wow I really should keep up with what is going on in the message board. A rarity disc would be so amazing. Do you think she would include anything from pre-OLY. I guess we won't know till it comes out. Anyways I have a long day still ahead of me, but I am looking forward to having at least ONE drink tonight to celebrate Mari's birthday. Currently listening to Jessica Weiser's cd.... Jess you need to email me girl. I need to talk to you about our little PHOTO project. I have idea floating around in my head and I wanted to go over some of them with you. Am really looking forward to start shooting in the next few weeks. Hope all of you are having a wonderful day, I myself and stuck under a heap of paper. Its so interesting to see this brought up, because about 4 months or so ago I started a little minor thread that never really caught on -- the question proposed in that "thread" is one i propose again, now that there seem to be a lot of new members on HG and a lot more "lurkers" are posting more often -- so the question would be, appropriately, what song or songs would you like to see Emm do if she ever released such a "rarities" CD??? on the message board i read this morning, a lot of people mentioned Half Sorry. i love that song, but i would really love to hear her revive Safety in Solitude from the And Distrust It sessions. what are your thoughts? anybody have any ideas on a really out there "cover" that they would love the hear by Emm? man, i thought the idea of her doing Ozzy's Crazy Train was, well, crazy, until i heard it, and it is just amazing. what crazy cover would you like to hear? thoughts? ideas?
