Hey, all... I wrote a little article on Emm singing backup for Bowie for our school paper, The Ryersonian, last week, and they've finally put it up on their (well, *our*, I guess, since I'll be on the staff soon ;)) website. Some disclaimers : the piece was really badly edited by the student editor - - they really hacked up my original writing to shorten the article, so if you want to read my original with longer quotes and a nicer 'flow', e-mail me and I'll be more than happy to send it to you. Also, I didn't write the lame headline and cutlines ;), and the website is really, really badly designed and maintained, I know - they're working on improving it. Anyhow, the article is at: http://www.ryerson.ca/~sonian/html/entertainment.html Let me know what you think - I love feedback! Cheers, Tab :) ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 25 Oct 1999 21:22:19 EDT From: Piggio@aol.com Subject: Re: headline-girl-digest V2 #251 In a message dated 10/25/99 9:58:43 AM Eastern Daylight Time, chacheena@hotmail.com writes: << somebody talk to me about safety in solitude!! >> Kristy -- What did you want to know about it? i did a little informal poll to see what song people would like to see revived most from And Distrust It if Emm ever was to re-do anything from that era. i know she said on the list she didn't ever plan on it, but out of curiousity i just wanted to see what people thought. i only got a few replies (because so few people have a copy of it); Mark Urban agreed w/ me, and Jess Weiser's choices were Higher and The Winter. See ya! Rob ------------------------------ End of headline-girl-digest V2 #252 ***********************************
