Yes, Roberto, thank you for calling me last week and leaving a message on my machine; I finally understand why it was "IMPERATIVE" that I pick up this magazine (and it has nothing to do with the Emm article. I'll keep quiet because I don't want to be self-indulgent, but y'all can figure it out by leafing through the rest of the mag) Anyway, the Emm article -- it's pretty well written, and the bit about the first living room show was pretty humourous. I don't recall her being nervous at all! Maybe she just hides it well. :) As for the picture they keep using -- I don't _personally_ have as violent a reaction against it as SOME people on this list (I'm not naming names :) ) but I think that they [meaning any magazine or paper that does an article on Emm] could probably find SOME OTHER picture to use by now. How about one of Rannie's...? - - Julian P.S. And yes, Roberto, I'd like to play tennis sometime, before Toronto freezes over. Drop me a line privately... as you may have figured I avoid using the telephone :) [ Julian C. Anyone know where North Lambton Secondary School is? I have a little map of the town and there are only 3 school shown on here. I guess we'll just play trial and error then... Remember that HUGE ASS abandoned building we saw when we got off the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit? It used to be the central railway station. Judging by the pictures on the website below, it used to be a pretty grand building -- how shameful that it, and other area buildings, are now abandoned and left to rot. Take a look: http://www.michigangolfing.com/motor/mcs.htm I guess we are fortunate here in Toronto that plans are in the works to refurbish and renovate Union Station to restore it to its former glory -- its fate was hanging in the balance for a while there. - - Julian - -- Julian C.
