To unsubscribe from the list, send mail to "majordomo@smoe.org"
with "unsubscribe headline-girl" in the body of your message,
unless you're on the digest, then you need to send "unsubscribe
headline-girl-digest" in the body of your message.

To switch from loose mail to digest, send mail to "majordomo@smoe.org"

in the body of your message.

Please use the following thread markers in the subject line
of your post before your subject:
EC (Emm Content), SEC (Some Emm Content), OAC (Other Artist
Content), NEC (No Emm Content).

For example: EC: Upcoming Emm show in Vancouver

Headline Girl is a list devoted to Emm Gryner and her music,
however posts about other related musicians (Sarah Slean, etc.)
are also welcome, but please mark your subject with "OAC"
first. If you aren't discussing Emm or music but feel you need
to post something to the list, please mark your subject as
"NEC" so that those on the list for strictly Emm-related
mail can delete the message.

A few rules:
-No public flaming.  It's fine to disagree with someone's
opinion, but it's another thing to call them names, embarass
them, or completely discredit their opinion publically. Other
list members don't need to see this, so please send a private
message.
-No HTML style mail to the list.
-No binaries posted to the list. If you want people to see a
cool photo or something, put it up on the web and send the
list the URL of the site.
-If your mail bounces over a period of 24 hours, I reserve
the right to unsub you.

Finally, have fun! The atmosphere of the list is dependent
upon the listmembers. Some threads that have gone well in
other mailing lists and might be talked about on Headline
Girl include: Upcoming Emm shows, concert reviews, what
you like/dislike about the albums or music, news and articles
about Emm, etc.
