I'm sure they were very good friends before and during Lilith, but apparently they had a falling out either at some later point in the Lilith era or soon thereafter. I was quite surprised to hear this. She may have felt that was true in her case, and likely other performers who were already well-known before these events, but I daresay the lesser-known artists were helped immeasurably. They benefitted from CD sales during the shows, from increased exposure to wider audiences, and by boosting their reputation as having been selected for the tour - making the grade, as it were. Many of them still mention this in their "resumes" on their websites. I think it's quite fair to say that no one benefitted more than Sarah, whose career elevated from cult status to instant recognition in the mainstream - but I don't begrudge her this, as she deserved her success by virtue of her talent even before Lilith. Sorry, a bit long-winded (as ususal ;-) ), but I did have first-hand confirmation for Steven's question. Though I must agree with Kenn that, while she felt that way then, she and Sarah could have patched things up later Or, in a word, yes.
