From Hitmakers Online's Club Discovery, here are some of the early reviews of "I Believe In Love" from DJs at the radio stations who are already airing the record. Hopefully, this also will help you find a local radio station that is playing the song. RACE TAYLOR, APD, KDMX, Dallas - - This is my favorite record out right now. It is going to be huge! DAVID MORALES, MD, KHKS, Dallas - - I really like this song. GARY ROBINSON, PD, KQAR, Little Rock - - You've got to play the string version. This could be the hit of the fall! JAY STEVENS, MD, KQID, Alexandria - - A bona fide hit! JAY MICHAELS, MD, KRBE, Houston - - A hot single we really like! DUNCAN JAMES, MD, KXXM, San Antonio - - We like this a lot! JOHN MICHAELS, PROGRAM MANAGER, NETRADIO.COM, Minneapolis - - This is a no-brainer! It sounds like another hit! JIM KELLY, MD, Q102, Cincinnati - - This is a cool song! TIM MOORE, PD, WJBQ, Portland, ME - - It's in Rotation! HARRY LEGG, MD, WKIE, Chicago - - This is one of my picks. ROBIN COLE, APD/MD, WKSL, Memphis - - What a different sound for her. BRIAN STOLL, MD, WLVY, Elmira - - She sounds fantastic! NEAL SHARPE, APD/MD, WNCI, Columbus - - This is a good, full-sounding record. BOB QUICK, PD, WNKI, Elmira - - I like the sound of this record! JOHN O'DEA, PD, WNNK, Harrisburg - - This is very, very good! JEFF ANDREWS, PD, WVTI, Grand Rapids - - This is a very good record. TODD AMBROSE, MD, WXIS, Johnson City - - We love it! We're spiking it already. THROB, MD, WXYV, Baltimore - - I like it. ****************************************************************************** The information contained in this e-mail message is intended only for the personal and confidential use of the recipient(s) named above. Not a problem. Just figured that I should do something productive with the information considering I found while I've been killing the past two days at work by surfing for Paula stuff. >> Kenn, have you heard the release date for the cd single? I doubt that a single release will happen for quite a while. The video should be out within the next few weeks and the single is already on the radio is some places (not in NYC, naturally). However, Amen very likely will be out for at least three months before we ever see a single hit the shelves. And look how long we waited in vain for "Me" to be released as a single. Promotional versions of IBIL are already hitting the used CD stores, though. There is a one-track promo CD (featuring the guitar version) and a two-track promo (featuring a string version and the guitar version). I don't know for sure which is the album version, but I'm guessing it's the string version. Most of the very early murmurs about the song mentioned a Barry White string section something or other. Peace. I'm diggin' the new sounds. The vocals are more raw, and not as produced sounding with some nice harmonies. I can't wait for the album to come out. I hope all is well. - -B __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? The tickets are generally available through Ticketweb -- www.ticketweb.com -- and they are usually $10 plus about $2 svc chg. Nonetheless, I checked there and if the info is indeed correct, the tickets are not yet on sale there. I also looked on www.citysearch.com and did not find it listed there, nor was it listed on www.musi-cal.com I did not call the Bowery Ballroom to inquire yet -- you might like to do that. Their own site does not yet have any content and only has a link to Ticketweb. Hope this helps....
