I was really excited to think that Paula might get another Grammy out of This Fire, but according to The Recording Academy Grammy Awards website (www.grammy.com), this list is almost entirely inaccurate. They list the following as nominees for Record Of The Year: "The Boy Is Mine" - Brandy & Monica "My Heart Will Go On" - Celine Dion "Iris" - Goo Goo Dolls "Ray Of Light" - Madonna "You're Still The One" - Shania Twain If you check out their list of nominees, Paula wasn't nominated for anything. Did AP get misinformation or what? Peace. I guess in rereading the release from AP, I can see that they were saying that Paula and some of the others *could* have been considered for nominations for Record of the Year (probably due to record sales and weeks on the charts). They never actually said she was nominated - just that she was in the running to be nominated. Oh, well... maybe next album. Peace.
