Hey everyone...


		In response to Dusti's post about the H.O.R.D.E. CD... I bought it at a
record store in San Francisco about a month ago. It features Paula's "Throwing
Stones".... the album version. I'm thinking this is probably the same
compilation that the magazine was offering as well. Other tracks include Alana
Davis (Crazy), Barenaked Ladies (One Week) and Ben Harper (Faded).

		I'll be putting a more descriptive tracklisting on my website soon.

		On a sidenote, I was watching 20/20 tonight (I don't know why, either), and
Paula's "Bethlehem" was playing in the background as they talked about the
whole Monica/Bill thing. Weird.

		Oh, and just to remind anyone... my Paula site has a reviews section that
I'm hoping people will take advantage of. Check it out...

  Finally, a Hootie concert with guaranteed
  good seats. At least that's the hope with
  MusicFest '98, a monthlong cybercast
  extravaganza taking place at the ear1
  Web site (www.ear1.com), beginning
  Oct. 2. Throughout the month, concerts
  featuring artists under the Warner Music
  Group umbrella (Warner Bros./Reprise,
  Elektra, Atlantic, Sire, Rhino, and their
  affiliates) will be broadcast live on the
  Internet, with some of the bigger shows
  including a special feature:
  viewer-controlled cameras. In order to
  take part in the festivities, sign up for a
  "virtual pass" ahead of time.

  Hootie and the Blowfish kick off the event
  with a show at Chicago's House of Blues. Viewers at
  the MusicFest '98 premiere will be able to play director
  by choosing their own custom vantage point using one
  of six different cameras set up at the venue. The
  multicamera action will also be in effect at later
  broadcasts of Third Eye Blind and Soul Coughing.
  Other performers who are scheduled to travel the
  fiber-optic superhighway are Paula Cole, Morcheeba,
  Guster, Luna, Seven Mary Three, Everything, Royal
  Crown Revue, Better Than Ezra, Brad Mehldau,
  Gabriela Anders, and more.
