I believe it happened just as you describe it. I think I said in my review that the sound and audience problems that people had reported at earlier shows were not apparent at the one I attended - that doesn't mean your perception was off, but that they'd fixed whatever was bothering Paula by the time I saw her. In a way I wish you were mistaken, but only because I want everyone's experience of a Paula concert to be enjoyable and enlightening. OK? Cool. Ultimately I think Paula is a little out of place on the HORDE lineup, even if she is being exposed to people who are unfamiliar with her. Better luck next time, and I hope it's with Paula headlining.
