Is Spanish still worshipping at the shrine of Paula or has he been abducted by a false goddess? :) Did anyone notice how nice Mr. Povie can be when he wants you to buy something? :D Seb mentioned that the Bethlehem boot he found was a recording of a few live German dates. Has anyone seen that boot anywhere else? (Email me. I am looking for that and a lower than $75 copy of the full band boot Kenn mentioned before with the Road to Dead finger cymbals.) Lastly, anyone have any ideas on how to break Paula's videos into MTV Europe? I would think that Europe would go ape over how cool Paula's videos and music are...especially with the touring she has done here. I haven't seen any of her videos here...and she doesn't even have a listing on the call in show (where viewers call or fax requests in chosen from a list of about 75 videos.) Yep... I don't have any problems with the Harbinger CD, front to back its one of my all time favorite albums but I do like the Imago Sampler versions better. Maybe thats because I had that cd for a whole year before Harbinger came out. I honestly thought that Saturn Girl was an awsome "pop top 40" type of hit song. I'm glad Paula did have the break through hit(s) but I have to admit I thougt it was going to be Saturn Girl. I have often wondered what it is about Saturn Girl that Paula has mostly chose not to perform it live. Even on the Coffee House tour before Harbinger was even out she was not doing the song unless asked to. 1)maybe there is something about the song that she did not like after they edited it?? 2)maybe there is something about the song that she just does not believe in or identify with any more??? 3)maybe it was "just another song" to Paula all along and never anything she really thought worthy of playtime?? I don't have the answer..... anyone else know or have any ideas? I list Saturn Girl as one of my favorite Paula songs and because its the first Paula song I ever heard and the one that made me fall for her in the first place it will always be special to me...... okay, okay, sorry for being too mushy about it Mitch > > > > > >------------------------------ >To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: >unsubscribe harbinger > >Please note the new majordomo address > >To buy Paula merchandise from Paula(!) try: >http://pw2.netcom.com/~ilml/pcmerch.html > >Digest, further unsub and problems FAQ at: >http://www.netaxs.com/~jgreshes/lists/harbinger.html >For This Fire kinda-lyrics write Riphug@aol.com > > - ------------------------------ To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe harbinger Please note the new majordomo address To buy Paula merchandise from Paula(!) try: http://pw2.netcom.com/~ilml/pcmerch.html Digest, further unsub and problems FAQ at: http://www.netaxs.com/~jgreshes/lists/harbinger.html For This Fire kinda-lyrics write Riphug@aol.com ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 17 Mar 1998 20:45:40 -0800 From: "J.G."
