I will gladly send a SASE with a tape. Or, I would gladly tape "Jolene" from the Mountain CD. Also, I've searched high and low for the CD single for "I Am So Ordinary" and can't get it anywhere. I new I should've bought it when it first came out. Instead I just bought "Harbinger". Regrets! Regrets! Does anyone have a copy that they would love to sell or if anyone sees it used please buy it and I'll send the bucks!!! It depends on my mood. If it's alright, I'll list 10 of them, however, they're in no particular order. 1. "Tiger" 2. "Happy Home" 3. "Don't Give Up" from Peter G's Secret World Live CD 4. "Oh John" 5. "Bethlehem" 6. "I Am So Ordinary" 7. "Jolene" 8. "Nietzsche's Eyes" 9. "Throwing Stones" 10. "Mississippi" I know that I listed quite a few, but as I said, it depends on my mood. That's what I love about her music. I can put it in when I'm feeling depressed, happy, motivated... It's pretty diverse. Well...that's it for now. I hope everyone is having a great summer. - -Brian - ------------------------------ To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe harbinger Digest, further unsub and problems FAQ at: http://www.netaxs.com/~jgreshes/lists/harbinger.html For This Fire kinda-lyrics write Riphug@aol.com ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 3 Aug 1997 21:23:08 -0500 From: "magnuson" Subject: (harbinger) new to list hi, Im new to this list. Just got Paula Cole's "This Fire". Love it! Mississippi is supposed to be a rewrite of an old classic? Who wrote the classic? Such a haunting piece. Any background info on this song would be appreciated. Also, the lyrics. I can't quite make them all out. What happened is that every few weeks I check to see if people are still subbed to the dead ecto.org list. The welcome message tells people the list is dead and please sub to the new system, but it seems that 1/2 - 2/3 of the people don't do it and just sit there getting nothing on the old list. (nice to know people so automatically delete list welcome messages without reading them!) Anyway, since I only do it very few weeks, there may be a person or two who subbed to the new list, decided to unsub, but there name was still sitting on ecto. Since I only know who current members of the list are, when I xferred the subscriber list I may have added someone who means to be unsubbed. If so, I appologize. Just follow the directions at the bottom of this message to get off it.
