I'm lukewarm about Jewel as well. I bought the album, but I quickly bored of most of it. There are only like, 5 tracks that really stand out to me. I think it's because most of the tracks are very sparse and sound alike. Her voice can be very rich, but it's rare that she really reaches inside for sound. And I agree - I'd rather not discuss her videos. They make no sense to me. - -Karen - ------------------------------ To unsubscribe, mail majordomo@smoe.org with: unsubscribe harbinger Digest, further unsub and problems FAQ at: http://www.netaxs.com/~jgreshes/lists/harbinger.html For This Fire kinda-lyrics write Riphug@aol.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 30 Jul 1997 07:03:46 -0400 (EDT) From: HunterXTC@aol.com Subject: Re: (harbinger) Paula in Hartford In a message dated 97-07-30 00:04:26 EDT, you write: << Also...is anyone else familiar with Eddi Reader?
