Fuck the Mp3, buy the album. That is, if you're into that kind of thing. KMFDM's cover of Material Girl, and Front Line Assembly does a cover of Justify My Love that makes me want to die. Karen Black is on it, as are Dead or Alive, Gene Loves Jezebel, Berlin and Annabella Lwin from Bow Wow Wow (yeah, she's legal now. I think that she's like 24 now. She was sooooo freaking young when Bow Wow Wow was big). It's fun as both a listen and a conversation piece. I think it's worth the seventeen or eighteen dollars.
