So I was thinking (says I) today, and my mind stumbled upon a memory; does anyone remember when that chain e-mail was sent out, requesting people to vote for New Kids on the Block on a certain date, for to see how high they could get them on mtv's TRL? If I remember correctly, the video made #2. Well, what if we did that for Raputina's Olde Headboard (since we actually like Rasputina)? Just pick a date, and then we could all call e-mail or call, and whatnot, and see if we can get Rasputina on TRL. At least we'd have the pleasure of seeing the Ladies on tv at a decent hour for once. ~Frances ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 26 May 1999 18:42:02 -0700 From: Eva Subject: Re: hmm hmm hmm... >Well, what if we did that for Raputina's Olde Headboard (since we actually >like Rasputina)? The problem is, I think that in that case, they had a LOT of people voting for it. How many people would vote for Rasputina, and do they even have the video? (not to mention that me and my friend Rachel, stuck in Canada, wouldn't get to see it anyways.. *sob*) Just a thought. You know that Rasputina promo video that everyone was talking about a long while back? The 15 minute one? Well, does anyone have it, and would make me a copy if I sent them a video? I'd really like to see it!! And is it 15 mins long? Let me know, thanks! Eva ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 26 May 1999 20:15:14 -0700 From: "xoxo jane" Subject: Re: hmm hmm hmm...
