Facing your problems is difficult, not hiding them and pretending they aren't there. My mother is a psychiatric nurse, and she's always working with people with problems like these, and I hate to break it to you, but what you're saying about being able to simply get out of your depression is complete bull shit, and it's basically always caused by chemical inbalances. Keep on dreaming that you're some strong person because you can keep you mouth shut ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 24 Jun 1998 16:12:02 EDT From: Bludyknees@aol.com Subject: Goth Princess I am not sure if any of you are familiar with Dragoncon, a convention in atlanta labor day weekend, kind of a comic book, sci-fi, horror, RPG, toy- fest. Last year, Poppy Z. Brite was there, the next best thing to Ms. Rice. Goth Princess, hopes to have tons of product ready by then, hopefully available through Le Petit Mort, peddler of all things fabulous & spooky. I guess I would like some input from anyone on the list, this is your opportunity to speak up and CONSUME! I would like to know from deep down in your dusty little capatalist hearts what would you like to see out there, affordable and available. Such as, products that are way too hard to find, be it jewelry, clothing, freaky medical oddities, latex clothing, fetish gear, art, photography, stickers.....whatever. Feel free to email me personally, dont want to piss any people off, seriously, this is business. If you give me an idea that I actually use, first edition is on me. I'll happily send you free merchandise! So please, if you would be so kind, boss me around, its your ONLY chance, take me up on it. I welcome & await your replies, Zillah ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Jun 1998 01:55:47 EDT From: KiNsAnItY@aol.com Subject: ~..~ greets all: tshirts greets all... writing to add some insight to the transfer deal and offer what i've got for grabs... the transfers do not work on black t-shirts (been there, done that, waste of a good shirt & a lot of trouble) because all colors except black rely on white as a base, they come out great on white/creme and a bit funky looking on light colored shirts... i produced a shirt for myself and my gf about a year and a half ago and i was talking to kingcello at one time about perhaps getting it printed on black... i think the back of my shirt could definately use some reworking but if anyone wants to have one printed, i'll offer my design for free... any local printing shop should be able to do it for you... the only problem (and reason I don't own a black one ) is that to have a single shirt printed is costly...it's cheaper to do one or two designs in bulk... therefore, the best solution would be for the group to decide on a couple designs and have someone take them and get a bulk printing and charge out a fair-share price of the printing per shirt + shipping... maybe get started with the voting now and have some in time for when the single release excitement hits mid july, eh? pigtails over out, ~k kinsanity@aol.com ------------------------------ End of goths-digest V2 #79 **************************
