One day I was playing that song and my mom started singing along, and was like "huh?" Then I realized it was an old song. I also saw it on boogie nights. Hi everybody. I'm new to the list, so I'll introduce myself. My name's Erika, I'm 17, and I live in Vancouver, Canada. I really think Rasputina is awesome. My favourite song is "My Little Shirtwaist Fire". bye for now Erika http://www.geocities.com/sunsetstrip/alley/9410/ ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 30 May 1998 21:54:51 -0400 (EDT) From: Happy Fantom Subject: assfaces throwing things Hmmm... From reading these intros I have noticed that Rasputina has run into a lot of assfaces opening for Manson. hmmm...people throwing things, people booing...White trash wearing wifebeaters screaming "take it off darlin!" i thought maybe this only happened in michigan (my cousin told me about it) ...but looks like you guys have experienced the same things. i just dont get it. Ug, i hope they dont open for anyone ever again. they're probably better running their own show. So, did Rasputina ever tour alone? i've heard that they did...I hope they do it again. i wonder if they'll be makin any videos...i think a rasputina video could turn out to be severely cool...even though it would probably be aired once on latenite mtv. yay im so excited. june will be such a yummy month....there will be three days that will just kick ass...new rasputina cd one day....tori show in toronto the day after that....and a tori show in detroit the day after that. *sigh* could life get any yummier? later toriniss, steve "Put on that make-up boy You're your favorite stranger And we all like to watch SO shimmy once...and do it again" --Tori Amos "She's Your Cocaine" ------------------------------ End of goths-digest V2 #57 **************************
