Hey all-

I just picked up Lili Haydn's 'Lili' after hearing about it on this list,
and it's good stuff! Her CD contains 2 tracks absent of lyrics, which
means gorgeous string playing. Her music sounds a lot like Rasputina,
except her lyrics aren't quite as 'out there.' 

She's on Atlantic Records, and it looks like she's being heavily promoted
cause my CD had three or four stickers slapped on it ('NEW
ARTIST......NEW SOUND.....GREAT PRICE') and I saw it on sale for $9.99.
Borders Music had a good five or six copies on hand, so it soudns like
she'll be an up and coming name of sorts.......I recommend Lili if anyone
wants a sound like Rasputina.

And of course Kristen Hersh's 'Strange Angels' is wonderful.....
