And guess who I saw there? Larry! It was a good show, despite the fact that she wasn't feelin' well and was having trouble with her voice. She did some songs I hadn't heard before, "Epitaph" and "Blue Angel"(which, btw, will be added to my list of theme songs), "On the Edge"(I believe that was the title), "Soul on Fire"(I reeeeeeally liked this one). She did a few songs from the CD, "Music to My Ears," "Ruby Kisses," and "Good Girl." She was gonna do "Fairy Tale," but she couldn't sing anymore and ended it there. An interesting sidenote...There was a guy there by the name of Steve Wyle(I think that's what it was) who happened to be a guitarist. He left, then came back with a guitar and backed up Jenny on a coupla songs. After she stopped singing, she played rhythm guitar and he played lead...it was pretty good, except that Jenny's guitar was plugged into an amp and his wasn't and that made it hard to hear what he was playing. I could hear enough to know that he's very good. After the show I told her how good I thought she was(despite the voice thing) and she signed my CD...cooooooool...she so nice. :-) I just hope I'll be able to see her again when she's in top form. The only real drawback to the whole night was paying for the two TREMENDOUSLY over-priced cups of hot chocolate I had...now I know why I don't frequent coffeeshops. Even the drive home was good, listening to great music while going down those dark highways... OK...I go away now...C Ya.
