Um...I'm inclined to side with Scott(if that is your real name, Mr. Tissue...heheh... ;-) on this one...unfortunately, I don't rein in those romantic notions early enough, and I end up getting messed up. Real life does tend to be harsh in this respect(and in most others). However, I don't consider myself cynical...well, not completely. I don't 'quash' those ideas, they're still there...I just try to keep 'em from surfacing. I will say that if you wanna know why I feel this way, go to my website(http://members.aol.com/RBauti7020/index.html), click on "Shy Boy", then click "High School." And if you wanna get REALLY depressed after that, go to "These words of mine." Life is a cruel teacher. Enough of that... Take care. I just had to share that I'm listening to Billy Joel ATM and the song that's playing as I read this thread is 'Stiletto'... How's that for irony? "She cuts you once, she cuts you twice, but still you believe... She's so good with her stiletto, you don't really mind the pain..." Off to pack and study and pack and study and pack and study and.... Winghugs and dustbunnies and packing my kitchen....ugh...
