I know that I am guilty of loosely associated content in my posts, but since there have been a paucity of posts in recent months, it is better than nothing. I had the TV on for back ground noise when I heard someone reference Bethlehem, PA. It turns out that this is the home of the factory that makes Peeps, the little marshmallow chicks in a box that you might find at Easter time, although now they are adapting them to all sorts of holidays. Look for the Peeps hearts for Valentine's day. Then I got all involved in this little show that was going around to different factories that make fun foods - Gummy Bears, Pez, Snapple etc. John has never mentioned that this is the home of Peeps. So, Gorka fans, let's find out (confess?), to our favorite fun foods. Since Snapple was on the show, I will definitely admit that I love the stuff - Kiwi Teawi really floats my boat. And wouldn't it be a kick to have Pez dispensers with musical stars heads? I can just see it - Bob Dylan projecting a purple Pez pellet from his neck. Elvis? Elton? Johann? Hey, if we saw Bob Dylan singing on a Victoria's Secret commercial, anything is possible. I even looked it up. Main Entry: pau7ci7ty Pronunciation: 'po-s&-tE Function: noun Etymology: Middle English paucite, from Middle French or Latin; Middle French pauciti, from Latin paucitat-, paucitas, from paucus little 1 : smallness of number: fewness 2 : smallness of quantity: dearth So, since the good noise list has been falling short of an essential and/or desirable amount of posts I would like to thank Gina for starting this new year off with a post that left such a good taste in my mouth. I don't know about Pez heads, but somebody once sent me a link to a web site where you could, for a pretty penny, have an action figure made to look just like you or anyone you wanted. I imagined a whole line of folk boys and girls...collectible folk heroes. I'd buy a Gorka action figure! G'night all you peeps!
