Do you know them? If so, could you send them again? Listening to the radio on the Internet is a very easy thing. You just have to have speakers on your computer and then you download a program to play it on. These are usually actually a link on the website you want to listen to. There are some great folk shows and events, such as a whole Christine Lavin concert, online.
