Since "The Long Road" was my first CD of Cliff's, it will always be my favorite. Also it has "My Father's Shoes" (first Cliff song I learned to play) and "Goodnight". It fires me up (as if I needed it) for my first JG concert this August. I hope he has a good night in my town. Mahatma Sinatra Gorka as his son's name? (This really is the boy's name, right?) Thanks! ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 17 Jun 1999 21:24:52 -0400 From: "Steve McGraw" Subject: Re: JG Jr. Hi, Beth! Of course, I have no idea how John Gorka (and his wife?) decided on their son's name, but when I first learned of it several weeks ago, it made me laugh and then I thought about it further (sort of like one possible reaction to a typical JG song, eh . . . ?) and the more I considered it, the more sense it made to me, and this is the conclusion at which I arrived, so I would have to speculate that . . . John Gorka and his wife want their son to be a wise, non-violent man who can relate to the masses while possessing incredible entertainment and musical abilities which will be unparallelled in his time, allowing him to communicate effectively with all people as he delivers his many messages of beauty, peace and tolerance to the human race. How's that? Steve - -----Original Message----- From: Beth C.
