a quick reply- John and Ani are friends and always try to see each other/ each
others shows whenever they can..both are big fans of the other.  John has been
impressed with Andy's percussion work for a long time, and when he was
starting to put the ideas together for the cd he was looking for some
different approaches and sounds.  He had thought of working with Andy before,
but it hadn't worked out.  This time it did and they were both thrilled.  Then
they tried some conerts together, which they enjoyed.  They are hoping to do
more shows toegther in the future...David
