Barbara had asked why he wasn't singing or recording them as of late.  When I
asked him, he laughed and said that he was "taking a short moritorium".  He
tries to be pretty good about requests if he knows prior to a show- its always
worth trying...David

  Though I haven't been able to get the new album yet, I hear it is lacking
in John's usual liner notes which precede each song, as Between Five and
Seven was.  Those are one of my favorite parts of his albums.  
  Does anyone know why he has declined to add these bits of Gorka
insight/wisdom to his albums as of late?
