I hope more of you will share your insights and stories, but I would like to add another thread to weave into this discussion. John has a wonderful gift of taking the English language and making it new. I call them Gorka-isms. For example, one of my favorites is * Life is a pair of ducks heading south.* Another is, * I was standing on the corner in the shadow of doubt.* There are so many, but do you all have your favorite Gorka lines? You know how you can buy one of those books with a bunch of snappy comebacks for all occasions?....I would like to put together a list of Gorka lines for the rare occasion. What do you think folks?
