He jammed with Lucy Kaplansky and Catie Curtis - it was awesome! It was just so amazing to see him in person. So, I embarresed my friend to death, yelling out "Good Noise" constantly. She's opening for Gorka when he comes to Greater Cincinnati in December, and I've not heard her music. The last time I saw John, Patty Griffin opened for him, and she's now one of my favorite artists. I hope Susan can be the same kind of discovery.
